Starting with the First Commercial plant at Mira Road, Second and third with brand new M1 plant at Wadala for dedicated Metro Project Line 6, fourth Sanyat BKC with Reliance Infra, established fifth and sixth M1 plants with Omkar at Bhoiwada & Malad respectively, seventh & eighth Ajax brand plant M1 & M1.5 cum per hour capacity at Surat for Bullet Train HSRP.

QCI has established RMC Plant Certification Scheme in India to assure quality in operations and processes of RMC plants. This scheme has laid down the requirements on plant and equipment, key personnel, concrete mix design, production, testing facilities, control on the quality of concrete ingredients, final product, delivery, control and maintenance of process control equipment etc.
