In the 1980s, he started supplying construction material in Mumbai and then excelled in the concrete transportation market since 2004. Moreover, he has made a deft mark of having the largest fleet of independent transit mixers in Mumbai providing service all over the western region. Mr Ajit being the MD of Procon RMC Plants Pvt. Ltd, he has three decades of expertise in the construction service sector industry.

Nitin Vijayakar has more than 25 years of experience in RMC and not only he is one of the founding members of the Ready-Mix Concrete industry in India, but also a leader of L&T concrete, L&T precast division, Lafarge and ACC concrete. He has completed B.E. in Civil Engineering, and later MLP from INSEAD, France and is one of the most influential leaders in India. Currently, Mr Nitin holds and owns the title of MD and CEO.

With an academic background in banking and insurance, Mr Gagan, a director at Procon RMC, has more than 15 years of experience in the service and logistic sector along with customer relationship management, finance and procurement.
